## Open Positions

#1. Experienced Asphalt Crew Members

Union Wages | Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Asphalt paving, raking, shoveling, and compaction
Operating small equipment (plate tampers, rollers, skid steers, etc.)
Assisting with grading, preparation, and site cleanup
Following safety procedures and crew leadership direction
Maintaining productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years asphalt paving experience
Strong knowledge of paving and finishing techniques
Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions
Physically fit and capable of manual labor
Valid driver’s license preferred

#2. AZ Driver (Triaxle / Dump Truck)

Full-Time | Competitive Pay Benefits

Responsibilities:

Safe operation of triaxle and dump trucks
Transporting asphalt and aggregates to and from job sites
Performing daily pre- and post-trip inspections
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Maintaining accurate delivery and trip documentation

Requirements:

Valid AZ license with clean driver’s abstract
Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
Experience hauling asphalt or aggregates preferred
Strong safety record and professional work ethic
Ability to work extended hours during peak paving season
